居住地、活動地: 隊員は世界中に住んでおり、インターネットを介してプロジェクトを運営しています。
ステートメント
明日少女隊は、ジェンダーや国籍の異なる、第4波フェミニスト・アクティビストによるアートグループです。私たちは、東アジアの若い世代向けのフェミニズムをテーマに、アートの制作やアクティビズムを展開しています。
メンバーは、日本、韓国を始め、ヨーロッパ、北米、南米などに散らばっており、「中心」や「拠点」はありません。ネット上で議論を交わし、プロジェクトを進めています。メンバーは日々増え続けており、今では世界で50名以上となりました。
明日少女隊では団体内のあらゆる上下関係をなくすことに努め、自主参加を重んじています。また、マスクをつけて匿名で活動しています。匿名で活動することで、一部の隊員だけにスポットライトが当たることもなく、入隊後すぐの隊員がプロジェクトに加わり、明日少女隊として取材を受けたり登壇したりすることも珍しくありません。
私たちは、ダイバーシティーのある若手のフェミニストとして、学生、母、社会人、非正規労働者、失業者として、日々社会の差別的な煽りを受けながら活動しています。そんな私たちは、一人一人の力は小さいものですが、グループの中で助け合い、数々の大きなプロジェクトを進めてきました。
私たちは、アートの手法を使って、社会に持続的なフェミニズムのムーブメントを起こすお手伝いをするために、日々、支え合いながら活動しています。

Tomorrow Girls Troop
Established in April 2015.
We are fourth-wave feminists whose genders and nationalities vary. Our social art projects are Internet-based, focusing on gender inequality issues in East Asia.
Tomorrow Girls Troop is an art group without a “center.” Our collective comprises about 50 members worldwide and is consistently growing. Our collective is non-hierarchical and participatory. As young feminists from diverse backgrounds, we represent students, mothers, part-time workers, the underemployed, and the unemployed reflecting on the sexism and racism we experience.
We work anonymously by wearing our TGT masks. Anonymous participation makes it possible to work on projects immediately after joining TGT and avoid only certain members being in the spotlight when they are interviewed or performing on stage.
Although we may miss out on opportunities as individuals, the mutual support of our collaborators allows us to accomplish impressive projects together. Our goal is to create a sustainable feminist movement in East Asia driven by our artistic practice while introducing contemporary East Asian feminism to the English-speaking world.
